Great price, quality product, free shipping and quick turnaround. I also like the suede backing and black frame options which are not available options on many other sites. My only wish is that the back opening was easier to reopen if I need to make changes. I'm afraid the bendable metal holders could break with repeated opening. I think it might be better if the back closures were screws. I have recently seen other sites with boxes where the display had a hinged opening in front. That might be more costly but it would make it so much easier and nice to occasionally open the display. Otherwise, I am very happy with this frame and the size is just right for my father's military medals. He died when I was only 4 years old and his World War II medals/ribbons/pins are my only physical memories of his honorable service in the Navy as a lieutenant. I know this will also be a great memory to share with my sons of their grandfather. Thank-you.
