    Great quality, very happy with the look and the handy work. Was shipped super fast in very suitable packaging (lots of padding). Bought mine w/ the medal and added my own certificate. Very easy to add certificate. worth the cost to purchase this higher quality assembly - looks like there are a lot of cheap ones out there.

    Looks great! Absolutely love it! Only two comments as to why I am rating this 4 stars instead of 5. 1. The "Free Shipping" offer was not offered in my case for some reason. I was charged $31.70 for shipping and no explanation or fine print to explain why. I am stationed in Kuwait, but it was shipped to an APO, so that shouldn't have been an issue. 2. Make sure you have a glue stick or something to mount the certificate. I thought there would be a bracket or something to slide the certificate into, but you actually have to completely disassemble everything, mark where the certificate would sit, and glue it to the backboard before reassembling the frame. Could have been made easier by simply putting a peel away adhesive strip there like they did all over the back of the frame.

    I purchased two certificate / medal combo frames. Ryan was great helping me through the options and configurations for each and within minutes I knew exactly what I wanted. They arrived much earlier than expected and were hanging on my wall within hours. Very highly recommended!
